Such an Easy Recipe! š°
Itās so simple ā you can make it in no time. And the taste? Just like our beloved Russian tvorog (cottage cheese) casserole. Soft, fragrant, and wonderfully homemade⦠š
Surprisingly, I found this recipe in an Italian collection ā such a familiar flavor in an unexpected place!
Definitely give it a try ā Iām sure youāll love it too.
Flourless Cheesecake Recipe š°
Ingredients for the base:

ā 2 eggs
ā 250 g sugar

For the strawberry topping:
ā 400 g strawberries
ā 70 g sugar
ā 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
ā 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the ricotta, sugar, eggs, and cornstarch until smooth and well incorporated. Pour the mixture into a 10-inch (25 cm) baking pan lined with parchment paper or greased with butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40ā50 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven. Once baked, remove the cake and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Strawberry Topping
While the cake is cooling, prepare the strawberry topping. Wash and slice the strawberries, then place them in a saucepan. Add the sugar and cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the lemon juice and cornstarch, mix well, and continue to cook for another 2ā3 minutes until the mixture slightly thickens.
Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Once cooled, spoon the topping over the cake just before serving.
